About Us

About Practical Monitor

A small editorial team covering home-based income skills, remote-work training, and the tools and services aimed at that audience.

Practical Monitor is an independent publication focused on remote-work and home-based income topics: what specific skills are worth learning, what the market for that work actually pays, and how training programs in this space are structured and priced.

Some of the articles we publish are independent editorial coverage. Others — clearly marked with an "Advertisement" ribbon at the top of the page — are paid promotional placements written in partnership with an advertiser. We label paid content at the top of the article, before the headline, so readers always know what they're reading before they start.

What we cover

Remote administrative and virtual-assistant workflows, freelance and service-based income skills, and the training programs built around them — including honest coverage of typical market rates and program pricing.

What we don't do

We don't publish guaranteed-income claims, invented student statistics, or promises that any reader will earn a specific amount. Market figures we cite are typical ranges, always marked with an asterisk and linked to our disclaimer.

Paid content disclosure

When an article is sponsored, that is disclosed immediately below the masthead, before the headline — not buried in fine print at the bottom of the page.
